Often the messages we are trying to portray to
someone or train them in falls on deaf ears as
their own personal limitations inhibits their
capacity to absorb and understand our
communication
It all starts with the individual, ask yourself
what is it I want this person to do & what is it
they’re capable of at this moment in time? It’s
the old saying of horses for courses, its people
and personalities… Do I make the face of my
business (say at reception) a shy, introverted
quiet/poor communicator?
Understanding your customer is the key to
generating repeat and referral business and this
is what keeps your bottom line healthy. Yet in
order to understand others your people first need
to understand themselves
Most people are happy or would prefer to remain to
themselves, to stay in their comfort zone and in
many cases this equates to being unchallenged,
which in turn leads to stagnation and mediocrity.

Drawn form a number of empirically tested
behavioural sciences and group work theories, the
ABC Approach is an organic engagement, planning,
implementation and reflection process comprising
the following –
- Analysis & Assessment – working in
partnership, this stage involves developing an
understanding of your organisational culture, any
issues and presenting symptoms, available
resources and intervention/engagement parameters
- Blueprint for Change – Based on the emerging
analysis, we develop a ‘Blueprint for Change’ for
your consideration. In considering our core
recommendations, you will also have the added
opportunity to input and peruse the relevant
‘suite’ of modules available for implementation
- Change Implementation – This phase sees the
working out of the agreed blueprint. Our
facilitators work with your people in implementing
the programme suite. As this process can be
incredibly challenging for many there are a range
of support mechanism we can provide to aid in
transition. This may include one-on-one support,
counselling support, or ongoing group work
facilitation
Relations refer to what Suite Relations is all
about – relationship. This includes relationship
between people, between a person and their
personality, personality and role, individuals and
their organisation and people and the

The Suite Talkers Program
In recognising the real logistical difficulties
and time constraints we are faced within this day
and age, we have developed the SuiteTalker
program. This single session approach aims at
adopting gems of communication principles and
integrating them into a one-off energetic, fun
workshop designed to unlock your communicative
potential. Based on the ideology of
brief therapy
it is
solution focused, offering a range of
communicative tools for participants to take away
and implement in their own application. An
inexpensive and time efficient alternative to
advancing yourself and your business, you won’t be
disappointed!
Suite Partners
“Suite” Partners is a network of businesses and
individuals who have expressed interest in
collaborating with Suite Relations in a variety of
different ways:
Are you a freelance trainer, educator, therapist,
facilitator or writer?
Suite Relations often collaborate with other
providers on a sub contracting basis in order to
maximise networking and provide our clients with
trainers possessing specific skills and experience
required for their given needs
Are you a personnel development firm looking to
broaden its clientele/client variety?
Suite Relations offer tender opportunities for
times where certain expertise is required, or
where the introduction of a secondary party would
prove beneficial
Are you an in-house, client employed training
provider?
You may be a full time training provider based
within our client’s organisation and looking for
some fresh ideas, approaches and processes. We can
help you with assessing your organisation or
training target’s needs, as well as assistance in
training design and delivery
Are you an administrator or manager of a retreat,
conference or function venue?
Our clients vary in training venue preference –
some prefer training to be conducted on site, on
the so-called ‘frontline’, others prefer to take
their people to a new environment. We’d like to
